By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, agree to be legally bound by them, and undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

​Welcome to The Secret Organiser. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a positive experience for us both.
Confidentiality
At The Secret Organiser, your privacy is extremely important to me. I provide a fully confidential and discreet service and will never share your information with any third party without your permission. The only exception relates to my personal safety, as my family will always know my whereabouts.

From time to time, I may invite you to share a testimonial for my website. Testimonials can be completely anonymous and are a wonderful way to reassure others who may be considering decluttering for the first time.
I may also ask for permission to take before and after photographs and, with your consent, use them for promotional purposes.
Booking, Payment & Cancellations​

A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking date. If you need to move your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once, provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given. Unfortunately, changes made within 72 hours of your booking will result in the deposit being lost.

Invoices are payable in full within 24 hours of receipt, unless we have agreed an alternative payment date prior to your appointment. Any outstanding balances not paid within 24 hours will incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, charged daily, until payment is received.

I always aim to source storage solutions from the most cost-effective suppliers available. However, on occasion, it may be necessary to purchase from alternative suppliers if items are out of stock, which may increase the overall cost. A one-hour sourcing fee will be charged for selecting suitable storage options, and all storage items will be invoiced separately. If you would prefer to source your own storage, I am more than happy to guide and advise you.

Mileage is estimated, and where a quicker route is available that involves slightly more miles, this route may be taken to ensure a timely arrival.

Any cleaning carried out is at my discretion. If you would like me to take items to a recycling centre or charity shop, I will need to leave up to one hour before the scheduled finish time to allow enough time for the trip.
